Job Requirements Analysis

This graph shows the list of technological skills requirement for IT jobs.

Most of the company demands IT graduates that are familiar with .Net, Java and SQL. I think that majority of the companies are commonly using .Net, Java and SQL as their programming language and/or software componen, so they need IT graduates that are familiar with .Net, Java and SQL. Well, still knowing all other software components and programming languages is an advantage. In order for me to develop this skills, I'll just need to love my course and enjoy myself.

This graph shows the list of non-technological skills requirement for IT jobs.

Almost all of the companies wants an IT graduate with a good communication skills. Communication skill is needed in order to express one's ideas. Combine it with a good business savvy and management skill makes one an excellent IS professional. I think that the management skill is what I need to develop now. I'll start it by managing my time wisely first, because I can't manage people if I can't manage myself.

This graph shows the list of responsibilities for IT jobs.

Most of companies are looking for IT graduates that will be responsible in development. I have concluded that the Philippine IT industry are seeking for more excellent developers to work in our country because majority of the work outside of the Philippines.
